About Us

Jeanna McElroy founded Senior Support Services in 2007 as a result of working within the nursing home and assisted living industry for 20 years. At the age of 12, a service project in a nursing home instilled a deep love for older adults. Jeanna connected with one particular resident and they became friends. As a result, over the next few years this older friend spoke wisdom into Jeanna’s life that she relies on to this day. Experiences like this fueled her passion to work along side those who weren’t always able to provide for themselves. Since the beginning, Jeanna developed a holistic, client-centered approach. She works with families to set up individualized care. This allows her clients to remain as independent as possible, while always maintaining the level of care they require.

  • Advanced Practice Member of the Aging Life Care® Association

Monitoring to ensure needs are met
